1. Introduction
Paradigma SpA, as the legal entity and developer of UnbreakableID, protects the privacy of users and institutions that use ubid.app. Our platform serves a dual purpose:
• Issuing verifiable credentials on behalf of trusted institutions.
• Secure storage and verification of credentials in the UbID Vault.

2. Data We Collect
• Verifiable credentials issued by UnbreakableID (e.g., identity, access certificates, KYC attributes).
• Credentials issued by trusted third parties (banks, universities, governments).
• Session metadata for auditing (time, verifier, result).
• Minimum information required to comply with regulations (KYC/AML, Travel Rule).

3. Use of Data
• Issuance: Paradigma SpA, through UnbreakableID, generates verifiable credentials under international standards (DID/VC).
• Storage: credentials stored in the UbID Vault under the user’s exclusive control.
• Verification: validation of credentials presented to institutions.
• Compliance: fulfillment of regulatory requirements (GDPR, eIDAS 2.0, FATF).

4. User Control
• The user controls their credentials in the UbID Vault.
• Each presentation requires explicit consent.
• The user can revoke or delete credentials issued by UnbreakableID or by third parties.
• Right to be forgotten in accordance with GDPR.

5. Security
• End-to-end encryption (AES-256, TLS 1.3).
• Selective disclosure via SD-JWT and ZKP.
• Separation of identity and wallet for enhanced security.
• Verifiable auditing and traceability for institutions.

6. Data Sharing
• Paradigma SpA does not share or sell data to unauthorized third parties.
• Only the minimum attributes required by the verifier are shared.
• Credentials issued by UnbreakableID follow the same principles of data minimization and consent.

7. User Rights
• Access to and portability of verifiable credentials.
• Correction of incorrect data.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time.
• Right to be forgotten for credentials issued by UnbreakableID and by third parties.
